Operated by Komar Distribution Services—a leading third-party logistics (3PL) provider—the facility expands Komar’s U.S. logistical capabilities, while creating hundreds of local jobs and providing support for local disaster relief efforts following recent storm damage.

Developed in partnership with local leaders, including the Bryan County Development Authority and Anna Chafin, President and CEO of RISE (Regional Industry Support Enterprise), this expansion of Komar’s operations will generate hundreds of jobs in line with the community’s economic development goals.
“We are thrilled to welcome Komar to our region,” said RISE CEO Anna Chafin. “Their investment underscores the attractiveness of our area for business growth and provides meaningful employment opportunities for our residents.”
