We’ve set an ambitious goal: to be one of the most sustainable companies in our industry by 2030.
To get there, we’ve established clear, measurable benchmarks and report our progress annually.
2025 marked new milestones in our journey. As we continue refining our reporting in line with Global Reporting Initiative (GRI) Standards, we’re proud to share our latest advancements. Renewable electricity now powers a growing share of our facilities, potable water use is declining, and waste diversion rates continue to rise. We have exceeded wastewater and chemical compliance standards, expanded biodiversity restoration efforts across our global footprint, and increased the use of sustainable materials in our products, replacing conventional alternatives.
Committed to continually improving our impact on both people and planet, we implement rigorous compliance throughout our supply chain of vendors and factories worldwide, ensuring all partners meet the highest levels of ethical sourcing, worker safety and compliance expectations. With fourteen compliance team members across five countries, we visit partner facilities across the world each year and are currently implementing a new technology platform to help streamline and manage our vendor and factory audit process.
